Instruction for PACER's parents

1. Appointment - Parents are permitted to meet teachers only after making an appointment. Request can be sent through the CHAT section on the CONTACT US page of this portal.

2. Participation of Parents - Parents are requested to be available if it is necessary, to discuss aspects of the child’s behavior at school.

3. PTM - Parents should attend all Open days / PTM to discuss the progress of their child.

4. Online school Diary - Parents should check the VIRTUAL DIARY regularly on portal or SPACES APP. Every teacher mentions classwork, homework and homework Incomplete Status On the class notice board daily. Regular completion of HW will result in better performance of student.

5. Behavior and discipline - Criticism of a teacher or of the school in presence of the child should be avoided. In case of a legitimate complaint please contact the Principal/Head of the department.

6. Active Listening - Be open to listening and considering the teacher’s opinions regarding your child even when the comments are not complimentary

7. External appointments - Appointments with doctors, must be made after school hours and during holidays.

8. Leave applications online - If a child is sick, he/she should not be sent to school. Leave intimation of the child must be sent through Leave Application section of portal/App on the day of leave and application must be sent with the child when he joins school

9. Absence Children should not be absent on the first or last day of the school term without prior permission.

10. School Bag - Kindly ensure that your child packs her daily school bag as per the time table given online. Bringing excess books will increase the load for the student. Also, if they do not bring the required books they may miss the notes.

11. Medium of Instruction - As the medium of instruction in the school is English, children should be helped to follow their classes easily by a certain amount of regular English conversation at home as far as possible.

12. Login - Parents are requested to regularly check their wards virtual school account on www.pristineacademy.org or on Spaces App. Only id password provided by School authorites for your child will work.

13. Pick and drop - No Stranger. e.g. any servant, driver, relative will be allowed to pick up the child from the school, without prior intimation by parents to school authority.
