IMPORTANT - Keep soft copy of Student's Aadhar/Birth Certificate, Parent's Aadhar, Picture of parents and child, Info.  about child's date of birth/ blood group / height and weight ready before starting to fill this form. Fill carefully, these details will be always saved in student record. Carry all originals while going to school for admission.

 

महत्वपूर्ण - छात्र के आधार/जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, माता-पिता के आधार, माता-पिता और बच्चे की तस्वीर की सॉफ्ट कॉपी रखें।  इस फॉर्म को भरने से पहले बच्चे की जन्म तिथि/ब्लड ग्रुप/ऊंचाई और वजन के बारे में जानकारी तैयार कर लें। ध्यान से भरें, ये विवरण हमेशा छात्र रिकॉर्ड में सहेजे जाएंगे। प्रवेश के लिए स्कूल जाते समय सभी मूल डॉक्यूमेंट ले जाएं।
